How We Support You

Accessibility Features

Transport & Vehicle Access

Our tours operate in 12-seater minibuses which do not currently have wheelchair lift access. We can provide personalised assistance including reserved seating, support entering and exiting the vehicle, and custom pickup arrangements.

Personalised Support

We encourage guests with specific accessibility needs to contact us prior to booking. Our team will tailor your experience for a smooth and enjoyable day, including adjusted walking routes and additional guide assistance.

Sensory & Neurodiverse Considerations

We create a welcoming, low-stress environment. If you experience sensory sensitivity, anxiety, or other considerations, let us know how we can support you. Our guides are trained to respond with empathy and flexibility.

Support People & Assistance Animals

Support persons are welcome on all our tours. Certified assistance animals are also allowed, provided they meet transport safety requirements. Please notify us in advance when travelling with a support person or animal.

Multilingual Support

Our team includes multilingual staff, particularly French-speaking guides, and we regularly welcome international travellers. If you require assistance in another language, let us know before booking.

Good to know

Our tours involve some walking on natural terrain including beaches, bushland, and uneven paths. We strongly encourage you to discuss your specific needs with us in advance so we can plan the best route and accommodations for your group.
