All bookings can be modified or cancelled up to 24 hours before departure for a full refund. Just reply to your booking confirmation email or get in touch via this form.
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before. Within 24 hours we can usually reschedule rather than refund, depending on availability. We never penalise you for genuine reasons (illness, family emergency, weather).
Yes. Private group tours are available for groups of 4 or more with full flexibility on date and itinerary. Get in touch with your group size and preferred date, and we'll quote within 24 hours.
Our minimum is 4 guests. If your selected date doesn't reach minimum we'll let you know 48 hours ahead and offer a free reschedule or refund.
